Reducing Consumption - A "Greener Approach"

Willan are responding to the need to temper the demands we all put on the environment by implementing ISO 14001 system from May 2008. “We are well on the way to introducing the system and are assessing our carbon footprint and reducing consumption where wasteful. The majority of carbon savings come from good housekeeping, then good controls and then modifying processes. We can all help and Willan will be enjoining with all our customers and suppliers to contribute to these vital issues.

ISO 14001 also demands controls of waste, pollution of all kinds and thereafter incrementally improving the way we operate. There’s a lot of help available to small businesses and we are happy to assist our tenants wherever we can. We manage a mixture of older premises and brand new industrial and office units too and we will look at all ways to incorporate environmental solutions to alleviate excess and to mitigate impacts, including and starting with, our own offices.
