A Flying start to 2008

Following the initial lettings of Unit 11 to Mitten Asbestos Limited, an asbestos removal and environmental firm, Unit 4 to the award-winning RCM Marine which develops and produces maritime plant monitoring systems and Unit 1 to Molift Limited, a mobility company, interest in the development has been high since the start of the New Year.

As a result we have had 3 units go under offer this month which we expect to complete in the coming few weeks. These are a hybrid unit, number 3 and two of the single storey workshop units, number 5 and 6.

Woodrow Business Centre is a unique development offering 7 ‘hybrid’ units comprising of warehouse accommodation at ground floor level and high specification offices at first floor level ranging in size from 2,744 sq ft to 5,215 sq ft. As well as the hybrid units the estate also contains 4 single storey nursery workshop units from 1,370 sq ft.

We felt that there was a growing demand in the market for companies who require warehousing or workshop space but who also need to have quality office accommodation. We therefore wanted to develop a product, which would meet this demand. We feel this has proved successful due to the current level of interest in the site and the lettings which have already been completed, to companies who were looking for a building to suit their requirements on both the office and warehouse fronts.
