New Concept In Business Units

A new concept in business units- Willan WORKspace- is giving Manchester enterprises an innovative solution to renting accommodation that matches their needs.

Willan WORKspace, at Woodrow Business Centre in Irlam is, developer Willan Investments believes, unique, offering purpose-built ‘hybrid’ office/warehouse premises, combining bespoke upstairs office accommodation and warehouse/ workshop downstairs. Each of the hybrid units incorporates as standard high specification security, separate personnel access doors and sectional overhead loading doors, enabling easy operation of any enterprise requiring van access.
