Progessive independent property company Willan has announced the £multi-million
purchase of a prominent Manchester office park.
The company’s investment arm, Willan Investments, has acquired the 40,883 sq ft Greenwood Office Park on the M602/A57/A5063 junction in a deal worth £3million, to add a further dimension to Willan’s industrial and commercial offering in the region, and enable small-medium businesses to optimise their location and overheads.

Willan’s initial plans include refurbishing the
few available units to provide suites upwards of 600 sq ft, available on
competitive rents, and upgrading the management of the buildings and site
to optimise service for existing tenants.
