As Property Investors with many years experience, Willan understands the problems associated with trying to locate the right premises in which to base your business.

If you think one of our properties would suit someone you know or their company’s requirements then just either pass their details through to us or ask them to give us a call direct.

If your contact then proceeds to take a lease of one of our buildings, be it an industrial unit, office or shop, we will happily pay you a fee equal to 10% of the first years agreed rent.

We would also be willing to pay a fee equal to one months rent if you were to refer someone to us who is looking for a flat to rent in Sale. This would again be paid to you if the person referred were to complete a tenancy agreement for a period of at least 12 months.

Our Finder’s Fees are available to anybody, regardless of whether you are an agent or not. All we ask for is your introduction!
