As for location this can be anywhere from south Cumbria down to the Nottingham / Derby / East Midlands area and from north Wales over the Pennies into east Yorkshire.
We will give very serious thought to any properties from £500,000 up to £1,000,000 and pledge to give an in-principle decision within 48 hours of receiving the details.
